Ryan Doro is my trainer, and he is exceptional. He has made my experience very enjoyable, and I look forward to working out because of him. Ryan is very knowledgeable and I feel he really cares about me and my results, as well as keeping it fun and not boring. He is outstanding at being a personal trainer. Just hiked up both sides of the Cliffs of Moher. 75 flights of stairs covering over 4 miles. I could not have done that a year ago, but I did it thanks to you!!!

I've been working with Ryan several times a week for a year. In my mid-fifties, I had a lot of limiting beliefs about being a "gym person" and I had a lot of excuses like being "too busy." Also, starting my routine working out with a really buff guy while in the worst shape of my life pushed all of my buttons. However, doing it alone was clearly NOT working.
