Ryan Doro is my trainer, and he is exceptional. He has made my experience very enjoyable, and I look forward to working out because of him. Ryan is very knowledgable and I feel he really cares about me and my results, as well as keeping it fun and not boring. He is outstanding at being a personal trainer. Just hiked up both sides of the Cliffs of Moher. 75 flights of stairs covering over 4 miles. I could not have done that a year ago, but I did it thanks to you!!!
I’ve been working with Ryan several times a week for a year. In my mid-fifties, I had a lot of limiting beliefs about being a “gym person” and I had a lot of excuses like being “too busy.” Also, starting my routine working out with a really buff guy while in the worst shape of my life pushed all of my buttons. However, doing it alone was clearly NOT working. Ryan has encouraged me, guided me, taught me and inspired me. I am now eager to work out, I feel better, look better, am less stressed out and am stronger! I actually think the gym is fun, who would have thought?!! You will love working with Ryan and the benefits are endless!
